After derailing the career of Wade Miller with a stunning second round knockout Bryan Mathew is looking forward to stepping up his game. He has improved his overall career record to 3-0-0 and will be taking on his next opponent Renaldo Silva (3-2-0) at UFN 27. After the announcement was released the still recovering Wade Miller released this statement "Renaldo better not take him lightly or his night will end at the hospital." Renaldo on the other hand had a different take on the upcoming bout. "I've been watching his latest fights and feel that i have found his weak spots. I intend to exploit them and prove that his hot start is simply a combination of luck and poor competition."
Messages were left for Mathew and his staff, but they declined to comment on the announcement or the remarks from Renaldo.
